About Kathleen

Thank you for your interest in real estate in beautiful North Idaho, and for visiting my website. It is my goal as your real estate agent to provide you with excellent service at all times. 

I have been a resident of North Idaho for the past 11 years, relocating from the Bay Area of California.  I graduated with a degree in Political Science, and worked in Law Enforcement for 10 years.  I have 3 daughters, and have been an active volunteer throughout their school years.  Coeur d'Alene is an incredible place to live and work!

I started in Real Estate in 2000, and quickly built my business specializing in luxury residences and relocating out-of-state buyers.  I have represented both buyers and sellers in some of the most exclusive transactions in Kootenai County, and helped relocated the Buck Knives Company from San Diego. I understand the many facets involved in moving from another area, and will help facilitate an informed, smooth transition.
